It prepares you in advance by providing assistance in the license application and a virtual walk through of your facility with a checklist that the surveyor uses to score your facility.

License Application Assistance
We review your license application packet to ensure you have all of the documents necessary to achieve administrative application compliance.
Facility Virtual Walk Through
You get a checklist like the one the ADHS surveyor will use to inspect your facility. We conduct a virtual walk through with to ensure you are ready.
Resource Identification
We provide you with resources necessary to get all of the documents together for the initial license application.
Consulting
If the Facility Readiness packet is not sufficient, we provide consulting services to help you get your facility ready for licensing. We can do this on-site or virtually.
